Fall fun
Last night after a long night out at a "carnival" the kidos carved pumpkins. Marissa, Kendrea, Kyla, Devon and Kayla carved away. I watched. Supervised the young adults with the knives. Cleaned up their messes. Cleaned up their mess some more. Watched Devon get lamblasted by Marissa and Kayla with pumpkin guts. Cleaned up their mess some more. ( i think you are getting the idea) They made a mess... Actually Devon ended up cleaning up most of it.
Well, last night Grandma went with us to the Sleepy Hollow event. Aleeza had a wonderful time. We were said Daddy had to miss it. He is away on his hunting trip until Saturday night. But we were glad Grandma could come. Aleeza had fun petting the animals, playing some games and entering the costume contest, which by the way out of 25 contestants her age she won first place... like duh... she is the cutest. I bought this lady bug costume off ebay and about lost it when I put it on her. She was so adorable. We also got to ride George. ( the mini train) Thanks to Grandma for going with us and chasing Aleeza around. We had a very fun filled evening.

Blogging again!
It has been hard lately to keep up with blogging. There is so much that goes on every day but when Aleeza goes down, I have been so busy with accounting stuff for the buisness and ordering my thousands and thousands of ribbon that I need for my 600 bows for the Strasburg order. Yes they ordered 600... more to come I am sure. So I have a month and a half... should be fun. The Lord has been so good to us this past week. Brandon has been so busy with work and trying to finish up this house at the lake. The end is in sight... We can see it. I will post pictures of the house when it is done. Very very beautiful.. Brandon did a fabulous job!
Our house showed twice this past weekend.. not unusual. We have had no offers yet.. Please pray we will sell soon. Now that the holidays are approaching the market is really slowing down. We are just praying that the Lord will sell it soon.
Well, Aleeza is just growing like a weed. She got to spend the weekend with Grandma and Grandpa and had the best time. She came back all grown up. Her latest thing is purses.. she loves to carry them around and put them on her shoulder.. It is so cute. She is trying to say more and more words. Her latest and most favorite word is no.. everything is no... not that she says it in a bad way ... but she could be laughing and say no. We are working on what no really means... Here is Aleeza and Brandon being really silly. She loves loves loves this hat she is wearing. She will just walk around all day with it on her head... it is so cute.
This past weekend, I did the Back to Nature event and sold bows. Laura and Joy went with me. We had a good time. Not to much buisness but fun laughing at people.... There were quite some funny people up there.
Last night Alysia and Ethan and there two kids cam over. They are visiting from Michigan looking to move down here.. we hope they do!!
Aleeza had the best time with Ryker and wanted to hold Leila so bad. So we did give her a little chance to hold the baby. We would find Ryker and Aleeza just playing away in her room. It was so sweet. Leila was really enjoying Aleeza holding her.. really!! Leila was my model for the night with my korker bow... way too cute!!

Answer to the previous post
Are you kidding me?? One of Devon's friends found this picture and thought it looked just like Aleeza. The little girl does resemble her but we would never let her kiss let alone lick a pig. Let's just say Brandon flipped his lid when he saw the picture until Devon and I explained to him. Quite funny!!! Have a great day!

Past few days
The past few days have been pretty tough as I have not been feeling that great. I felt much better with Aleeza. Actually never was sick at all. We just keep ourselves very busy and that helps. Today we had Kindermusik and went to a new park with the young mother's from church. This is Recreation Distict new park. It is really nice and shady. Aleeza had a lot of fun running around and picking up acorns. We had a good class this morning at Kindermusik. We are learning up and down. That was fun. Mrs. Case helped me out a lot with picking Aleeza up and swinging her around since I really was not feeling up to it or probably should be doing it for that matter. Praise the Lord Brandon is almost done with the house on the lake. What a project. The Lord has brought two more big builders into our lives the past few days that need a framing crew. So here we are and ready to work. The Keck brothers did their first big landscaping job this past week. Irrigation and all... So things are moving right along. Oh yes.. and Devon got a job!!! whoo hoohh.. and a new friend that happens to be a girl.:) Such is life in the Abbot household. Granpa came by and visited this morning. It was good to see him. Aleeza always just lays on his lap. She doesn't do that with Brandon or I. Must be something about his arm. Hope everyone is well.

Tea Party
I found Aleeza this cute tea set the other day at a consignment sale. She loves to play with it and pretend she is pouring tea. Last night Uncle Devon and Daddy had a party with her. How precious!! Devon also taught her how to crawl under her crib and hide.. Great!!! This is Devon and Aleeza under her crib!
So Sweet!
Aleeza knew that this morning Mommy had lots to do to get ready for tonight. We are having three couples over so I had to prepare lots of food. This is how I found her in my room. Later we did find out she is running a fever because of her three teeth that are coming in but this was so sweet. She crawled up on the bed all by herself and helped herself to the pillow!
Spaghetti Night!!

Saturday and Sunday
On Saturday Aleeza went to her first friends' birthday party. She has been to birthday parties for her many cousins the Bundys' but not for a friend. Our little friend Robert turned 4. Yeah! We couldn't stay long since I needed to go with Brandon to the lake house to help start the electrical work and the homeowners were in town. So we stayed as long as we could and played some, ate some donuts and chatted for a while. For the rest of the day Aleeza spent it with her "auntie Laura" and family! Thanks again! What fun. Brandon, Devon and I worked hard up at the lake trying to get this house finished. What a monster! We were able to get a lot done! Yesterday was a nice relaxing day. The messages were very good and much needed. Pastor talked about putting faith in God. This is always needed around here! :) We ate lunch with mom and dad and the Youngs. Yum yum! Last night when we came home we decided to have a picnic outside. It was so nice out there. We ate some crackers and cheese and Aleeza fed her daddy chocolate covered pretzals! So cute!
Friday night Phi Beta Game
As many of you know when I was in college I cheered for Phi Beta. Well, since Devon joined that society last year we like to go to the soccer games. This past Friday night we went after enjoying a birthday meal for Mrs. Evans. Happy early Birthday! Anyway we went and had a good time. Aleeza is always quite the crowd pleaser! We enjoyed watching Devon cheer! Our friends Ali and Gianna Giampapa were there and entertained Aleeza. They even bought her a sucker! Aleeza was quite thrilled! She love the attention. When we were getting ready to leave we saw one of my old after school kids. Jesse! Camp Spearhead was visiting the soccer game so he came up and sat with us for while. Love love love Jesse! We had a great time. He was quite taken with Brandon!
