The change..

We have finally made the official switch and are no longer owners of Abbott Framing. Yeah!! Jared ( brandon's older brother and his partner) have officially taken over. Brandon is so relieved and can focus so much more on building the great quality houses that he does. We have so much to be thankful for. We are currently working on three houses and closing on a 4th and soon to be 5th. Thankfully two are wrapping up so the load will be lightned some. We have pulled Abbott Grading into Abbott Builders and have just one full time employee now.. way to go David!!! You are the chosen.. :) Things are going great and the buisness is prospering, only by the grace of God.

Truly Amazing..

Isn't it truly amazing to be able to lay your head down at night and know that you are safely dwelling wiht the Lord and that the Lord will take care of you. It is amazing to me how much the Lord has done for us. I was up at the Greer Municipal Court house today taking care of "fun buisness". The Lord allowed a man to walk in. My heart truly went out to him when I saw him. He as poor looking, and obviously was having trouble paying his rent to his land lords. They had taken out a judgement against him. I am sure that there were both sides to the story but all I heard was his. It was so sad to me to think that it is only by the grace of God that that was not Brandon standing there or me for that matter. Brandon will be rejoicing in the Lord this coming December. It marks the five year anniversary of when the Lord miraculous saved Him. It is truly amazing to me how the Lord can snatch some poor soul up and save them. All I could do was pray for that man today and truly my heart went out to him. We have so much to be thankful for and can rest in our Lord that He will take care of our every needs. What an amazing church we go to to hear the gospel preached every Sunday and to know that the words we hear are not fake but true words from the Scripture. God is truly amazing.

Sisters....

Love love each other...:)

Downtown

We went on a carriage ride on Friday afternoon. Aleeza loved seeing all the horses and Brandon and I enjoyed seeing the town. We had never been on a guided tour. That was really fun and very interesing. We learned a lot. What a beautiful town!!

The beach....

As you can tell Aleeza had fun on the beach.. she loved her new glasses, loved buring daddy in the sand.. and loved just running around and playing in the sand...

Oh Charleston...

Wow.. we had a fabulous weekend.. many thanks go out to Nana and Papa for keeping Livvy so we could go enjoy our selves and have some great mommy and daddy time with Aleeza... when we arrived in Charleston we had no idea what kind of place we would be staying in. Places always look nice on the internet but you are never for sure. We stayed at the Wild Dunes Resort. It was really really nice.. :) The resort is huge. We usually stay at the Seaside inn on the Isle of Palms but this place was like 10 bucks cheaper and it was a one bedroom villa. It was just like a mini house right on the beach, own pool that we shared with about 10 other villas. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The first night we spent some time at the beach just walking around. Aleeza was in awe with the water and sand. She had a blast. We spent the next few days touring Charleston and relaxing.. more pictures to come. :) I will post them soon. We are truly blessed to be able to take trips like this and to just relax!!!

We all love each other...

Nana day at the park

Aleeza always looks forward to Nana Day.. last week we hit the park for a while... it has been so warm out side but it was fairly nice last week...

Kyla's birthday

Last night we went to Kid's Planet to celebrate Kyla's birthday. It was fun. Aleeza absolutely loves hanging out with all her cousins... she had a blast. Thiswas Adri's first birthday party.. we broke her in easy!!!:)
check out the two cousins with the birthday hats on.. I mean these girls are related for sure!!!!! :) they are total cuties!!!!

So much....

So much has been going on the past few weeks... it seems like we have no time to just sit down and relax... :) we did get a little time this past weekend. We went down to the downtown park and ate at this nice resturant that overlooks the falls, then walked around a while. That night we went out with Jared and Selena and Adri, who by the way we are thrilled they are here and so close, to Outback.. our favorite!! We took all the girls and they did quite well. We have been busy sorting out all the company stuff for Jared and Rob to take over and buy Abbott Framing..:) Yeah!!! Brandon has 5 houses going right now and we are thinking and praying about starting some duplexes. It would be a large undertaking that would take quite a few years to develop but something that Brandon is thrilled to be thinking and praying about. We have geared up for this month. It is very busy. Actually the next few months are.. Brandon was selected along with my dad and Uncle Claude and Uncle Malcolm for three hunting trips... so those will be taking place in the next few months. Along with Thanksgiving, a trip to Charleston, working on the house at church that he is heading up, Christmas and everything else that falls in there..:) Well here are some much needed pictures of the girls. They are getting so big.. Aleeza is saying her whole alphabet, counting to 20, going potty, in her big potty, Olivia is starting to eat some cereal, and starting to laugh a lot and loves her big sister. Her eyes just light up. Very cute!!
